Phew…. Stop the world I want to get off! Not really. Things have been pretty chaotic but we thrive on chaos around here.
Our Swan Agency Private Brokerage Group is putting the last minute touches on our new space on Main Street in Northeast Harbor. Our friend, the brilliantly talented designer, Melanie Millner has created a gorgeous oasis using Quadrille fabric and wallpaper. We can’t wait to have a little opening soiree in early July.
Swan Song Saltwater Farm is finally being shared with our community with the launch of our Sunday Farmer’s Market. We started Memorial Day Weekend with a fantastic turnout of friends and new customers and are riding the wave of momentum that will only get better and better.
The beautiful designed and built cottages at the Farm, Maggie May, Layla and Sweet Caroline are complete and ready for guests. Our vintage Airstream, Daydream Believer, is also set and ready to welcome visitors.
At “the lake”, the framing has gone up for our new ranch style entrance sign for what we believe right now will be called The Preserve at Fox Pond. It has gone through many iterations but the name we inherited included Game Preserve which a hunting based property which it clearly will never be again. We are working now on different wellness retreats to hold at the Lake while it will also be available for weddings and other events. The dream is to turn the Fox Pond property into an incredibly eco friendly, animal loving, micro resort but we are taking it slowly to make sure it is done right.
We are excited about the summer, focusing on health and happiness and a calmer, more stress free approach to a busy season.
