Phew, this has been a wild and crazy year. If social media is to be trusted, its been that way not just for me but for everyone. It also appears we are coming to the end of a ten year phase that will shed this month and start anew for us all in January. I know I’m not the only one who finds relief in that notion.
The Swan Agency Real Estate merger with Portside Real Estate Group took several months but it now appears that we are fully integrated and my crew can go forward and prosper. Personally, I’ve become a member of a real estate team for the first time with Erika Wibby Mitchell and Robin Massey as Swan Agency Private Brokerage of Portside. Our promise to clients is to be discerning, discreet and dependable. We are part of the exclusive Northeast Harbor office that also includes Evelyn Swan and Chris Swan and THANKFULLY Emily Miller who returned to the company in November as VP of Operations for the empire ;).
Our Bayview Hotel sale was the highest priced and most notable sale of both my professional and personal careers. Of course, I now want to top that milestone. We are well on our way acquiring an impressive collection of distinctive waterfront destination properties with really unique and remarkable amenities and activities. Luckily I’ll be so overwhelmed creating, designing and marketing I’ll hopefully not notice the snow and cold, (not a winter fan, sorry not sorry).
It looks like we are wrapping up 2025 with a five property collection to open in the spring of 2026. They include Swan Song Saltwater Farm, Camp AVALIZ, Fox Pond Lodge Estate, Pomegranate House and Little Berry. More on all of them in an upcoming post.
For now, I wish you the best and your own shedding of 2025 and a peaceful new year, health and happiness for you and the ones you love, including the four legged little ones that make life worth living.
