Swan Song Saltwater Farm, Kim Swan's largest endeavor to date, is set to open in 2024. The farm, situated near the Schoodic Peninsula in Sullivan, covers 53 acres of coastal allure. At its core, a luxury oceanfront wedding venue, accompanied by eclectic and modern on-site lodging with a fully equipped bar.

Swan Song is designed to be a dream destination, hosting everything from weddings to private gatherings, all centered around being cruelty-free. The Farm will feature an organic garden with a farm stand on site.
