Founded by Kim Swan in early 2022, the Cygnet Gallery in Southwest Harbor has swiftly become a year-round artistic destination. Sharing space with Swan Agency Real Estate, the gallery hosts monthly exhibitions featuring a diverse range of local and regional artists. From solo and group shows to various mediums, the gallery captures the essence of Mount Desert Island and beyond, providing a dynamic platform for artistic expression and community engagement.

MaineVille Publishing
Maineville Publishing is a partnership between Kim Swan and CMA nominee and filmmaker Aaron Benward with a catalog of music written by Benward and other artists. Members of ASCAP, Maineville has had several songs used in TV and online. Future plans for Maineville include producing a reality series featuring several of Swan's and friends' entrepreneurial pursuits including Sullivan's eponymous Swan Song Saltwater Farm
